1. What was my favorite part in the book

My favorite part is when the dad sees his kids after being separated from them. He was separated from them because the Nazis came to there house and stole their dad and put him on a train so he could go to prison. While the dad was on the train, he found a way to open the door, opened it, and jumped off the train into the woods. Then the dad returned home and tried to find his kids, but he couldn’t. Instead, he found his sister who had been taking care of his kids and lead him to his kids.

2. What scene in the book stuck with you the most.

The scene that stuck with me the most was when  Max got shot by the Nazis because that really proves that the Nazis have no mercy for a single person.
